It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to one of our own. Ms. Sofia Cruz, a valued member of the White’s Music Box family, tragically passed away in a car accident on Sunday, November 16, 2025. Her sudden death has left her family, colleagues, and community in deep sorrow as they mourn the loss of a woman whose presence brought joy, laughter, and light into every space she entered.
Sofia served as a Sales Representative and Collections Specialist at White’s Music Box, where she was more than just an employee—she was a bright star. Her dedication to her work, her cheerful spirit, and her ability to connect with people made her an integral part of the business. She had a special place in the hearts of her colleagues, who admired her professionalism, kindness, and the warmth she brought to the workplace.
Beyond her career, Sofia was deeply loved by her family. Her passing has left them in unimaginable pain, as expressed by her sibling: “I can’t even begin to explain the amount of pain my Mother and family are going through at the moment. This nightmare is happening yet again, please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. RIP SIS, I love you. Till we meet again.” These words reflect the depth of grief and the enduring love that will continue to surround Sofia’s memory.
Sofia will be remembered for her laughter, her compassion, and her ability to make others feel valued. She was a woman who lived with joy and shared it freely, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and connection. Her absence will be felt profoundly, but her spirit will continue to inspire those who knew her.
